RAZO offers two types of courses:

This non-refundable policy applies because:

• Digital courses are accessed immediately upon payment
• Course content can be downloaded and viewed indefinitely after purchase
• We cannot verify if content has been accessed or copied after purchase
• All sales of digital educational content are final under our terms

By purchasing a paid course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

04Before You Purchase

To ensure you make the right choice, please:

• Review the course syllabus, modules, and learning objectives carefully
• Watch any available preview videos or sample content
• Check the course duration, prerequisites, and expected outcomes
• Ensure your device meets the system requirements
• Confirm your payment method has sufficient funds
• Understand that no refunds will be issued after purchase

05Transaction Issues & Disputes

If you experience any transaction-related issues, such as:

• Payment deducted but course not accessed
• Double charging or duplicate transaction
• Failed payment but amount still deducted
• Incorrect amount charged
• Payment gateway error during checkout

Immediately contact us with the following details:

We will investigate your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with a resolution. For duplicate charges or failed transactions where you were debited but didn't receive access, we will process a refund or restore access as appropriate.

• Payment Gateways: We use Razorpay and PayU for secure payment processing
• Encryption: All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS
• PCI-DSS Compliance: Payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant
• We Never Store: Your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN
• Instant Access: Course access is granted within 1–2 minutes of successful payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are final and include all applicable taxes (GST)
• We may update course prices at any time without prior notice
• Discounted or promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period
• Coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Lifetime Access: Unlimited access to course content for as long as RAZO exists
• All Modules: Complete access to all video lessons, resources, and quizzes
• Certificate: Completion certificate upon finishing the course
• Updates: Free updates to the course content if revised
• Device Access: Learn on mobile, tablet, or desktop

09Consumer Protection Rights

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws. However:

• Digital content purchases are exempt from the 7-day return policy that applies to physical goods
• Once you access digital course content, the right to cancel does not apply
• Transaction disputes (fraud, double charging) are handled separately as outlined in Section 5

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy periodically. When we make changes:

• The "Last Updated" date will be revised
• Registered users will be notified via email or in-app notification for significant changes
• The new policy applies to all purchases made after the effective date
• Purchases made before the change are governed by the policy at that time

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including:

• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
